Rescheduling
Customers should request a timing change as early as possible. IHR Dream Cleaning will confirm a new slot based on team availability in the requested Abu Dhabi area.
Late cancellations
If a team is already on the way or waiting at the property, a late cancellation or access issue may affect future booking priority or require a call-out discussion before rebooking.
