Only accessible glass is included by default — anything the team can reach safely from inside the property or from a step ladder, which covers the inside face, the frames, the tracks and the sills. Exterior glass on upper floors, rope access and anything needing a cradle or scaffolding is specialist licensed work and must be confirmed separately before it is booked, never improvised on the day.

At the standard hourly rate — AED 30 per cleaner per hour without materials, or AED 35 with materials, VAT included in both. The hours depend on the number of panes, how the windows open, whether the tracks and screens need doing as well, and how much desert dust has built up since the last clean. A two-bedroom apartment's interior glass is usually comfortable within a couple of hours.

Yes, and that is usually the best way to book it, because the team is already in the property with the ladder out and the floors due to be done last anyway. Confirm the window count and whether you want tracks and screens included when arranging the visit, so enough time is allocated and the glass does not end up rushed at the end of the booking.

AED 30 per cleaner per hour when you provide the cleaning products and equipment, or AED 35 per cleaner per hour when we bring everything with us. Both rates already include 5% VAT, so the figure you see is the figure you pay, with no call-out charge added at the end. The minimum booking is 2 hours per cleaner, and most apartments are booked for two to five hours. The price is identical on weekends, public holidays and same-day visits.

Per cleaner. The rate buys one trained cleaner for one hour, so a team of 2 working 3 hours is 6 cleaner-hours: AED 180 without materials, or AED 210 with materials. Sending more cleaners never raises the hourly rate — it only shortens the visit, which is why most customers put two cleaners in a two-bedroom apartment rather than one cleaner for twice as long. You can book between 1 and 4 cleaners on a single visit.

2 hours per cleaner for regular hourly cleaning, which is the shortest visit that still gets useful work done once the team has arrived and set up. Deep cleaning and move-in or move-out cleaning need at least 2 cleaners for 3 hours each, because those jobs cover the inside of cupboards, appliances, skirting boards and bathrooms in detail. The ceiling is 4 cleaners at up to 8 hours each in one visit.

Cleaning liquids and sprays, a vacuum cleaner, a mop and bucket, a broom, microfibre cloths and rags, and a step ladder — everything a normal apartment or villa clean needs, carried in by the team. Tall ladders and scaffolding are not included, so exterior windows above ground level and facade work are quoted separately. Choosing materials costs AED 5 more per cleaner-hour than supplying your own, and on your first booking we waive that difference completely.

No. At the AED 30 rate the cleaners arrive with their training and nothing else, so please have your own cleaning products, a working vacuum, a mop and bucket and some cloths ready before the visit starts. If something essential is missing the team cannot substitute it on the day, and the booked hours still run. If you would rather not keep supplies at home, book the AED 35 rate and we bring the full kit.

There is no travel fee in the 18 areas we serve across Abu Dhabi, including Al Reem Island, Khalifa City, Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Musaffah, Al Shamkha and Al Reef. Al Wathba, Al Shahama, Al Rahba and Al Samha carry a flat AED 20 charge per visit, added once no matter how many cleaners or hours you book. No. Same-day bookings, Fridays, weekends and public holidays are all charged at the standard rate, with no call-out fee and no peak pricing of any kind. We work daily from 08:00 to 20:00, and the only scheduling rule is that the work has to finish by closing time, so a long job simply needs an earlier start. Same-day visits need roughly 2 hours of notice for the team to reach you.
