Move-out cleaning in Abu Dhabi gets an empty apartment or villa ready for handover — to the landlord, the property manager or the next tenant. Once your belongings and the movers are out, a team works through every room: kitchen degreased inside and out, bathrooms descaled, cupboards and wardrobes wiped inside, skirting, doors and switches cleaned, and floors finished last.
It is booked as a deep clean, so the minimum is 2 cleaners for 3 hours each — AED 260, or AED 260 with our materials, VAT included — where short visits are accepted, and 2 cleaners for the area's shortest visit (4–6 hours) elsewhere. We clean empty homes across Abu Dhabi daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and many customers book it for the day before their final inspection.

What Landlords Most Often Check
Kitchen grease and the extractor hood
The hood, filters where removable, hob and the wall behind it are degreased — the first place most inspectors look.
Limescale in bathrooms
Taps, shower heads, screens and tiles are descaled; badly etched glass may not return to new, and we will tell you before starting.
Marks on walls
Light scuffs are wiped. Holes, paint touch-ups and repairs are not cleaning — our handyman and painting services can quote for them.
Dust in AC vents and on sills
Vent covers, sills and window tracks are cleaned. If the AC ducts themselves are dusty, AC duct cleaning is a separate service.
Move-Out Cleaning or Move-In Cleaning?

What the visit needs
A move-out clean needs the property empty, water and power live until the end of the visit, and parking close to the entrance.
How long it takes
A small apartment usually takes the minimum 3 hours with 2 cleaners; a 2–3 bedroom apartment 4–5 hours; a villa most of a day with a larger team. Book it for after the movers leave and, ideally, a day before the inspection so there is time to fix anything the landlord points out.
Before we leave
The team finishes on the points landlords inspect most — oven, extractor, bathroom limescale, wardrobes and floors — and walks through them with you before handing back keys.
How often to book
It is a one-off at the end of a tenancy; booking two or three days before the inspection leaves time to fix anything the landlord raises.
Afterwards
If the landlord raises a cleaning point after inspection, send us the details within 24 hours and we arrange a re-clean of that area. Repairs, repainting and replacing damaged items are outside cleaning, but our maintenance team can quote for them.

It is priced by the length of the visit, per cleaner, with a minimum of 2 cleaners for 3 hours each: AED 260, or AED 260 with our materials, VAT included, where short visits are accepted, and 2 cleaners for the area's shortest visit (4–6 hours) elsewhere.
Will it help me get my deposit back?
A thorough clean removes the most common cleaning deductions. We cannot guarantee a landlord's decision, and damage or repairs are outside cleaning.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many customers have already left — arrange access and we send photos of the finished property.
Do you clean inside cupboards and appliances?
Inside cupboards and wardrobes is included in a move-out clean. Inside the oven and fridge can be added — mention it when booking.
Can you also clean carpets and curtains?
Yes, booked in the same visit at 10% off the fabric-care price.

How long does Move-Out Cleaning usually take?
The published duration guide is Half day to full day. Actual time changes with size, condition, access, item count, and the priorities agreed with you. We review those details before confirming the slot and give a realistic expectation instead of promising one fixed duration that cannot suit every property or job.
How is Move-Out Cleaning priced?
AED 60 for 1 hour, AED 90 for 2 hours and AED 40 for each hour after that, with 20% off a visit of 4 hours or more, per cleaner, VAT included. Our cleaning materials and equipment are included. Priced by visit length, per cleaner — 20% off from 4 hours. Prices include VAT. The total depends on the size and condition of the job. We tell you what the price covers, and any optional extra, before work starts, and you can change the scope before you approve it.
