Move-in and move-out cleaning in Abu Dhabi is a deep clean of an empty home — the one moment when every cupboard, wardrobe, corner and floor can be reached. Moving in, it removes the previous occupant's grease, limescale and dust, plus the construction residue new builds carry, before your things go into the cupboards.
Moving out, it gets the property ready for the landlord's inspection. The team cleans inside all storage, degreases the kitchen, descales bathrooms and finishes floors last.
It is priced by the length of the visit, per cleaner, VAT included, with a deep-clean minimum of 2 cleaners for 3 hours each (AED 260) where short visits are accepted, and 2 cleaners for the area's shortest visit (4–6 hours) elsewhere. Carpets, curtains and mattresses cleaned in the same visit are 10% off.

An empty-property clean needs live water and power, keys or access for the whole visit, and a parking spot close to the entrance for machines.
How long it takes
A small apartment usually fits in the minimum 3 hours with 2 cleaners; a 2–3 bedroom apartment 4–5 hours; a villa most of a day with a larger team. Moving in, book it the day before your furniture arrives; moving out, the day before the inspection.
Before we leave
The team works through the handover points — inside cupboards, appliances, bathrooms, windows and floors — and walks the empty property with you or your agent.
How often to book
It is a one-off booked at each move; if the property has been closed for weeks, dust in AC vents and cupboards is the thing people most often underestimate.
Afterwards
Moving in, this is the best moment to set up a regular weekly or fortnightly clean so the home stays at this standard. Moving out, if the landlord raises a cleaning point, send us the details within 24 hours and we arrange a re-clean of that area.

How much is move-in cleaning in Abu Dhabi?
It is priced by the length of the visit, per cleaner, with a minimum of 2 cleaners for 3 hours each: AED 260, or AED 260 with our materials, VAT included, where short visits are accepted, and 2 cleaners for the area's shortest visit (4–6 hours) elsewhere.
Do you clean inside cupboards and wardrobes?
Yes — that is the point of cleaning an empty home. Inside the oven and fridge can be added.
Can you clean the day I get the keys?
Often, if a slot is free. Booking a few days ahead is more reliable, especially in summer.
Do I need to be there?
No. Arrange access with the concierge or agent and we send photos when the clean is done.
Can you also clean the carpets and curtains the landlord left?
Yes, in the same visit, at 10% off the fabric-care price.

How long does Move In / Move Out Cleaning usually take?
The published duration guide is Half day to full day. Actual time changes with size, condition, access, item count, and the priorities agreed with you. We review those details before confirming the slot and give a realistic expectation instead of promising one fixed duration that cannot suit every property or job.
How is Move In / Move Out Cleaning priced?
AED 60 for 1 hour, AED 90 for 2 hours and AED 40 for each hour after that, with 20% off a visit of 4 hours or more, per cleaner, VAT included. Our cleaning materials and equipment are included. Priced by visit length, per cleaner — 20% off from 4 hours. Prices include VAT. The total depends on the size and condition of the job. We tell you what the price covers, and any optional extra, before work starts, and you can change the scope before you approve it.
