Window cleaning in Abu Dhabi for apartments, villas and accessible commercial glass, priced by the length of the visit from AED 60 per cleaner, VAT included. The cleaner cleans the inside of every window, glass doors and mirrors, wipes frames, sills and tracks, and cleans balcony glass and the outside of windows wherever it can be reached safely from inside, a balcony or a step ladder.
That last point matters: we do not offer rope access, so high exterior glass on towers and tall villa facades is outside this service. It is a popular add-on after a sandstorm, before guests, and at the end of a deep clean, bookable from one hour in the areas that take short visits; elsewhere the shortest visit is 4 hours.

What the visit needs
Window cleaning needs water, access to balconies or the garden side, and a note of any glass that can only be reached from outside the building.
How long it takes
Most apartments take 2–3 hours; a villa with many windows 3–5 hours with one or two cleaners. After a sandstorm, tracks and sills take longer because the sand has to be removed before the glass can be cleaned.
Before we leave
The team checks the glass from inside and outside in daylight with you, since streaks show most with the sun on them, and wipes frames and tracks last.
How often to book
Every one to three months is common in Abu Dhabi; homes by the sea or near construction see salt film and dust come back fastest.
Afterwards
Vacuum sliding tracks every week or two in dusty months and wipe the inside of the glass with a dry microfibre cloth. Many customers add window cleaning to every second or third regular visit.

Do you clean the outside of high-rise windows?
No. We clean glass that is safely reachable from inside, a balcony or a step ladder. High exterior glass needs rope access, which we do not provide.
Can you add window cleaning to a regular clean?
Yes — it simply uses part of the booked hours, or you can add an hour.
Do you clean window tracks?
Yes. Tracks and sills are vacuumed and wiped as part of every window clean.
Can you remove paint or cement from glass?
