Time on site for curtain cleaning: by curtain count. Al Mafraq is mostly industrial and institutional: workshops, warehouses, the hospital, staff accommodation and a few residential pockets along the Abu Dhabi–Al Ain road. The exact time is confirmed when you share the property size and condition at booking, and on hourly jobs the team can extend on site in 30-minute steps only with your approval.

Works well alongside deep cleaning and upholstery care. Visits booked online run every day from 8 AM and have to finish by 8 PM, and same-day slots need at least 2 hours' notice. Mohammed Bin Zayed City and Musaffah are on the mainland, a straight drive from our Al Danah base, and teams work there every day for homes and businesses. You can book up to 30 days ahead online.

A standard curtain cleaning visit covers fabric inspection, dust removal, spot treatment and freshness finish. The technician checks each panel top to bottom with you and leaves the curtains hanging straight, since they are cleaned in place rather than taken down. Anything outside that scope, such as extra rooms or add-on items, is agreed with you before it is done, never added to the bill afterwards. Fabric work here is usually office chairs, reception sofas, carpet tiles and staff-housing mattresses, often in larger quantities priced per item.

Fabric work always comes with our own machines, fabric-safe shampoos, stain treatments and drying equipment, so there is nothing for you to supply apart from water and power. On-site steam curtain cleaning needs power sockets near the windows and a safe footing for a step ladder; drops above normal height need a taller ladder arranged in advance. At commercial and industrial sites the team needs the plot or building number, a site contact on the phone and a place to park the van close to the entrance.

Sites have fixed shift times and gate security. Tell us the site name, the contact on the day and any safety equipment the team must wear. Fabric technicians carry machines and hoses, so a service lift or a parking spot near the door makes the visit noticeably quicker. Tell us at booking and we save the details for your next visit.

Once or twice a year suits most homes, and curtains near balconies or on dusty sides of the house usually need it sooner. Busy commercial surroundings bring more dust indoors, so reception seating, office carpets and home fabrics here are often cleaned on a shorter cycle. Fine sand works into sofa fabric and carpet pile here and wears the fibres, so desert-edge homes usually clean fabrics more often than homes in the city. There is no contract for repeat bookings: each visit is paid online by card once we confirm it, and you can request the next one before the team leaves.

Count the curtain panels, note any blackout linings, sheers or very long drops, and clear the floor under the windows so the steamer can reach. At a commercial site, tell us the working hours, any gate pass or safety induction required, and the areas that are off limits during the visit. If anything changes, you can cancel or move the booking free of charge up to 6 hours before the start time.

The visit is done by a fabric-care technician from our team who is trained on the machines and on testing a hidden patch before treating any fabric. IHR Dream General Maintenance and Cleaning L.L.C. is a licensed Abu Dhabi company (DED licence CN-4175959) founded in 2021, rated 4.4 from 1,135 reviews on ServiceMarket and 4.7 on Google. Curtain Cleaning is most often combined with sofa cleaning, window cleaning and carpet cleaning. Fabric work here is usually office chairs, reception sofas, carpet tiles and staff-housing mattresses, often in larger quantities priced per item. Booking sofa, carpet, mattress or curtain cleaning together with a deep or move clean on the same visit takes 10% off the fabric care.
