Curtain Cleaning in Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi

AED 30 per panel (standard panel up to about 2.5 m), cleaned on site with steam. There is no travel fee to Al Raha Beach, and a visit there can be as short as one or two hours. Prices include VAT, and same-day, Friday and public-holiday bookings cost the same as any other day. In tower apartments the job is usually one sofa set, a few rugs and bedroom mattresses, which a single technician finishes in one visit, including drying advice.

Time on site for curtain cleaning: by curtain count. Al Raha Beach is waterfront apartments and townhouses — Al Bandar, Al Muneera, Al Zeina and neighbouring developments — with large windows, balconies and terraces facing the canal or the sea. In tower apartments the job is usually one sofa set, a few rugs and bedroom mattresses, which a single technician finishes in one visit, including drying advice. The exact time is confirmed when you share the property size and condition at booking, and on hourly jobs the team can extend on site in 30-minute steps only with your approval.

Works well alongside deep cleaning and upholstery care. Visits booked online run every day from 8 AM and have to finish by 8 PM, and same-day slots need at least 2 hours' notice. The Al Raha and Khalifa City side is across the bridges from our Al Danah base, and teams covering it run through the day, so late-morning and afternoon slots open up often. You can book up to 30 days ahead online.

A standard curtain cleaning visit covers fabric inspection, dust removal, spot treatment and freshness finish. The technician checks each panel top to bottom with you and leaves the curtains hanging straight, since they are cleaned in place rather than taken down. Anything outside that scope, such as extra rooms or add-on items, is agreed with you before it is done, never added to the bill afterwards. In tower apartments the job is usually one sofa set, a few rugs and bedroom mattresses, which a single technician finishes in one visit, including drying advice.

Fabric work always comes with our own machines, fabric-safe shampoos, stain treatments and drying equipment, so there is nothing for you to supply apart from water and power. On-site steam curtain cleaning needs power sockets near the windows and a safe footing for a step ladder; drops above normal height need a taller ladder arranged in advance. In towers the team brings everything up in the service or passenger lift the building allows, so let us know if the lift must be booked, which floor you are on and where visitors park.

Buildings have concierge desks and underground or podium parking, and some communities restrict visitor parking to marked bays. Tell us the building and any visitor rules; if you are at work, a key with the concierge is the simplest arrangement. Fabric technicians carry machines and hoses, so a service lift or a parking spot near the door makes the visit noticeably quicker. Tell us at booking and we save the details for your next visit.

Once or twice a year suits most homes, and curtains near balconies or on dusty sides of the house usually need it sooner. Waterfront humidity lets fabrics hold moisture and odours, so sofas, mattresses and curtains near balconies usually benefit from the shorter end of that interval. There is no contract for repeat bookings: each visit is paid online by card once we confirm it, and you can request the next one before the team leaves.

Count the curtain panels, note any blackout linings, sheers or very long drops, and clear the floor under the windows so the steamer can reach. In a tower, register the visit with the concierge or security desk the day before where your building requires it, and share the parking or loading-bay instructions. If anything changes, you can cancel or move the booking free of charge up to 6 hours before the start time.

The visit is done by a fabric-care technician from our team who is trained on the machines and on testing a hidden patch before treating any fabric. IHR Dream General Maintenance and Cleaning L.L.C. is a licensed Abu Dhabi company (DED licence CN-4175959) founded in 2021, rated 4.4 from 1,135 reviews on ServiceMarket and 4.7 on Google. If the result is not what was agreed, tell us straight after the visit and the team comes back to review and put it right.

Curtain Cleaning is most often combined with sofa cleaning, window cleaning and carpet cleaning. In tower apartments the job is usually one sofa set, a few rugs and bedroom mattresses, which a single technician finishes in one visit, including drying advice. Booking sofa, carpet, mattress or curtain cleaning together with a deep or move clean on the same visit takes 10% off the fabric care.
