Mattress Cleaning in Al Rawdah, Abu Dhabi

Single AED 79 · Double/Queen AED 99 · King AED 119. There is no travel fee and the shortest visit is 4 hours; we confirm coverage in Al Rawdah before the booking is confirmed. Prices include VAT, and same-day, Friday and public-holiday bookings cost the same as any other day. Here a fabric job can be one apartment sofa or a whole villa's majlis and rugs, so photos at booking decide whether it is a short visit or a half day.

Time on site for mattress cleaning: by mattress size. Al Rawdah is a mix of family villas and apartment buildings between Muroor and the Eastern Ring Road, lived in by large households and extended families. Here a fabric job can be one apartment sofa or a whole villa's majlis and rugs, so photos at booking decide whether it is a short visit or a half day. The exact time is confirmed when you share the property size and condition at booking, and on hourly jobs the team can extend on site in 30-minute steps only with your approval.

Remove bedding before the team arrives. Visits booked online run every day from 8 AM and have to finish by 8 PM, and same-day slots need at least 2 hours' notice. Our base is in Al Danah on Abu Dhabi Island, so central neighbourhoods are the shortest drive for our teams and technicians. You can book up to 30 days ahead online.

A standard mattress cleaning visit covers deep vacuuming, spot treatment, fabric-safe cleaning and odor refresh. The technician shows you both treated sides and tells you how long to leave the mattress uncovered before making the bed again. Anything outside that scope, such as extra rooms or add-on items, is agreed with you before it is done, never added to the bill afterwards. Here a fabric job can be one apartment sofa or a whole villa's majlis and rugs, so photos at booking decide whether it is a short visit or a half day.

Fabric work always comes with our own machines, fabric-safe shampoos, stain treatments and drying equipment, so there is nothing for you to supply apart from water and power. Mattress cleaning needs a power socket near the bed and enough room to turn the mattress; airflow or AC helps it dry the same day. Because homes here range from apartment blocks to villas, tell us which it is: we plan lift access for buildings and gate or driveway parking for villas and townhouses.

Villa streets usually have parking; apartment buildings have a small number of visitor bays. The villa or building number plus a map pin is enough. Fabric technicians carry machines and hoses, so a service lift or a parking spot near the door makes the visit noticeably quicker. Tell us at booking and we save the details for your next visit.

Every six months is a common rhythm, and families with allergies, young children or pets often book more often. Older homes often have heavier, long-used curtains, carpets and majlis seating that respond best to regular cleaning rather than one big clean every few years. There is no contract for repeat bookings: each visit is paid online by card once we confirm it, and you can request the next one before the team leaves.

Strip the bedding before the team arrives, tell us the mattress sizes, and mention stains, odours or allergy concerns so the right treatment is brought. Tell us whether it is an apartment, townhouse or villa, register the visit with building security or the community gate if needed, and share parking instructions. If anything changes, you can cancel or move the booking free of charge up to 6 hours before the start time.

The visit is done by a fabric-care technician from our team who is trained on the machines and on testing a hidden patch before treating any fabric. IHR Dream General Maintenance and Cleaning L.L.C. is a licensed Abu Dhabi company (DED licence CN-4175959) founded in 2021, rated 4.4 from 1,135 reviews on ServiceMarket and 4.7 on Google. If the result is not what was agreed, tell us straight after the visit and the team comes back to review and put it right.

Mattress Cleaning is most often combined with sofa cleaning, curtain cleaning and deep cleaning. Here a fabric job can be one apartment sofa or a whole villa's majlis and rugs, so photos at booking decide whether it is a short visit or a half day. Booking sofa, carpet, mattress or curtain cleaning together with a deep or move clean on the same visit takes 10% off the fabric care.
