Time on site for deep tissue massage: 60-90 minutes. Apartment living rooms and bedrooms usually have enough floor space for a massage table once a coffee table or chair is moved aside. The exact time is confirmed when you share the property size and condition at booking, and on hourly jobs the team can extend on site in 30-minute steps only with your approval.

Inform your therapist of pressure preference. Visits booked online run every day from 8 AM and have to finish by 8 PM, and same-day slots need at least 2 hours' notice. Teams reach the islands from our Al Danah base over the bridges, so we plan island visits around bridge traffic at the morning and evening peaks. You can book up to 30 days ahead online.

A standard deep tissue massage visit covers deep layer muscle therapy, targeted knot release and myofascial tension relief. The therapist checks pressure on each area as they work and, at the end, suggests stretches and how soon another session would help. Anything outside that scope, such as extra rooms or add-on items, is agreed with you before it is done, never added to the bill afterwards. Apartment living rooms and bedrooms usually have enough floor space for a massage table once a coffee table or chair is moved aside.

The therapist brings a massage table, fresh towels and linens, and the oils or products for the treatment, so you only need to provide the room. Deep tissue work needs space around a massage table on all sides, a power socket and a room that can be kept warm and private. In towers the team brings everything up in the service or passenger lift the building allows, so let us know if the lift must be booked, which floor you are on and where visitors park.

Most towers register visitors at a security desk and some require the resident to pre-approve the cleaner. Parking is usually in a visitor bay or the building's basement. We ask for the tower name and access routine when you book and keep it on file for repeat visits, so the team is not held up in the lobby. Therapists arrive at the time booked and call ahead from the gate or lobby, so give us a number that will be answered. Tell us at booking and we save the details for your next visit.

People working through chronic tightness often book weekly or fortnightly at first, then move to monthly sessions. Nothing local to Al Reem Island changes that. There is no contract for repeat bookings: each visit is paid online by card once we confirm it, and you can request the next one before the team leaves.

Tell us which areas are tight or sore, any recent injury, surgery or medical condition, and drink water before and after the session. In a tower, register the visit with the concierge or security desk the day before where your building requires it, and share the parking or loading-bay instructions. If anything changes, you can cancel or move the booking free of charge up to 6 hours before the start time.

Sessions are given by a trained therapist from our team, and you can ask for a female or male therapist when booking where the treatment allows. Deep Tissue Massage is most often combined with Swedish massage, foot reflexology and head & shoulder relief. Combining services on one visit saves arranging access twice, and you can request it in the same booking.
