Post-Construction Cleaning is priced by the length of the visit: AED 55 for 1 hour, AED 65 for 2 hours, AED 30 an hour for 3–4 hours and AED 25 for each hour after that, per cleaner, if you provide the materials, and AED 5 an hour more if we bring them. Post-construction work is only offered with our materials and machines. Regular visits cost less: 10% off every two weeks, 15% off weekly and 20% off for two or more visits a week (5% monthly). A larger booking costs less as well: 10% off a booking of AED 500 or more, and 15% off from AED 1,000. Discounts do not add up: you get the one that saves you more. Khalifa City is inside our core coverage, so there is no travel fee on the visit. Prices include VAT, and same-day, Friday and public-holiday bookings cost the same as any other day. Anything outside that scope, such as extra rooms or add-on items, is agreed with you before it is done, never added to the bill afterwards.
